Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera,
Seperti mana tajuk di atas, artikel inspirasi hari ini adalah berkenaan kitaran emosi.
Pernahkan pada suatu ketika apabila saudara bangun dan ingin melakukan sesuatu, saudara merasakan saudara bertenaga untuk melakukan apa sahaja? Saudara merasakan saudara mampu meyiapkan segala tugasan yang diberikan. Hatta kerja yang sukar pun tidak menjadi masalah bagi pihak saudara. Saudara merasakan bahawa seolah-olah berkeyakinan dalam mengapai apa sahaja dalam hidup ini.
Ataupun pernahkan saudara bangun pada suatu hari dengan perasaan yang teruk? Saudara berasa tidak semangat untuk melakukan apa-apa.Saudara merasakan sesuatu yang tidak kena. Saudara tidak berkeyakinan dengan apa yang saudara lakukan. Saudara merasakan diri ini lemah.
Apakah faktor yang mempengaruhi emosi ini? Adakah ianya berlaku secara semulajadi? Perkara ini telah menarik minat Og Madino dan Professor Edward R. Dewey bergabung bersama menulis tentang kitaran. Tajuk buku tersebut adalah “Cycles, The Mysterious Forces That Trigger Events.” Salah satu yang menarik minat mereka adalah mengenai kitaran emosi manusia.
Menurut Og Madino, terdapat kajian telah dibuat mengenainya. Salah satu kajiannya adalah daripada Professor Rex Hersey ,Universiti Pennsylvania. Beliau menyatakan bahawa manusia mempunyai kitaran emosi dimana secara purata tempoh emosi tersebut adalah 5 minggu.
Tempoh ini merupakan kitaran manusia daripada merasai perasaan gembira iaitu paling atas, seterusnya turun ke peringkat tertekan yang terletak di bawah sekali dan seterusnya naik semula ke peringkat gembira. Setiap orang mungkin mempunyai tempoh kitaran emosi yang berbeza. Ada yang panjang dan ada yang pendek. Tetapi secara puratanya kebanyakkan kitaran manusia adalah selama 5 minggu.
