Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera,
Wah.. nampaknya ada beberapa pendapat yang saya terima berkenaan post lepas. Ada yang mengatakan bahawa cerita itu agak sedih. Hehe. .Saya tiada niat untuk membuatkannya sedih. Saya sekadar ingin berkongsi bahawa semua orang pasti akan mengalamai saat itu. Ketika kegagaalan menjadi realiti, bukan mudah untuk menghadapinya. Tetapi yang pasti, ada hikmah yang berlaku.
Banyak pengajaran yang dapat dipelajari daripadanya. Hidup umpama roda. Halangan semakin besar selaras dengan masa dan harga kejayaan yang ingin dicapai. Teringat saya kata-kata seorang aktuari bertauliah yang kini merupakan pengerusi Persatuan Aktuari Malaysia (ASM).
“ Saya pernah fail paper pencen sebanyak ** kali ( angkanya saya dah lupa tapi yang pasti lebih daripada 3 kali) tetapi saya kenal juga seorang yang pernah gagal paper yang sama sebanyak 16 kali.”
Wah, terkejut saya mendengar idea itu. Gagal lebih 3 kali untuk satu paper! Tetapi dia tidak berputus asa. Kalau tidak, sudah pasti dia tidak akan berada di tempatnya sekarang.
Pengajaran sebuah kegalalan
1. Setiap orang yang ingin berjaya, pasti akan melaluinya. Tetapi bergantung kepada kita bagaimana kita memberi takrif kepada definisi kegagalan itu. Ada yang memberinya sebagai satu titik noktah untuk berhenti, tetapi orang yang berjaya memberi ia sebagai definisi untuk berusaha lebih kuat dengan cara yang lain. Dengan lata lebih mudah, memerlukan strategi baru.
2. Kegagalan membuatkan kita semakin hampir dengan kejayaan. Ingatilah kisah Thomas Edison yang terkenal dengan kegagalannya. Ketika ditanya mengenainya, jawapan diberitahu adalah, “ saya bukan tidak berjaya, saya cuma tidak menemui cara membuatnya yang betul. “

kegagalan..hmm..terlalu byk yg tersirat di sebalik kegagalan..kalau dapat kita cungkil kesemua rahsia disebalik kegagalan…pasti best..hehe
yang penting sanggup berusaha kuat
betul tu..yang pasti kita mesti percaya setiap kegagalan itu sebenarnya mempunyai hikmah yang begitu besar
