Seorang peguam muda yang bergaya sedang berlawan dengan seorang yang tua.Peguam itu kelihatan tidak terurus disamping usianya yang tua. (Bukan Karpal Singh ye 
) Keputusan seolah-olah memihak kepada peguam muda tersebut.Ramai menjangkakan peguam muda itu akan berjaya memenangi kesnya.
Tetapi sebaliknya berlaku.Apabila keputusan diumumkan, keputusan juri ternyata memihak kepada peguam tua tersebut. Peguam muda itu kehairanan. Cuba mencari kesilapan yang dibuatnya.
Lalu peguam tua itu berkata kepada peguam muda tersebut.
“Wahai anak muda, kamu seorang yang bijak. Kamu telah membentangkan 9 hujah yang bernas.Namun begitu, juri tidak mengingatinya langsung. Berlainan denganku. Aku hanya membentang satu sahaja hujah yang bernas. Hujah ini ku ulang dengan pengubahsuaian setiap kalinya. Hujah itu masuk ke dalam kepala juri dan mereka memahaminya. “
Pembaca sekalain, jangan sesekali mengabaikan kuasa pengulangan. Ternyata ianya hebat. Sebab itulah orang selalu bercakap, “practice makes perfect.” Buku yang sama walaupun dibaca berulangkali pun akan memberi ilmu baru kepada pembacanya setiap kali dibaca. Selamat mengulang.
PS: Rasa-rasanya adakah Karpal Singh menggunakan teknik yang sama?
