“Saudara ingin tahu sesuatu yang menarik? Itu merupakan kanak-kanak yang paling bodoh di dalam dunia,” kata Si Gunting Rambut kepada pelanggannya sambil menunjukkan jari pada seorang kanak-kanak yang sedang bermain di luar.
“ Mengapa?”, tanya pelanggan tersebut kehairan.
“Mesti ada maksud yang tersirat di sebalik kata-kata itu,” tambah pelanggan itu.
“Mari saya tunjukkannya”, kata Si Gunting Rambut dengan bangga.
“ Hoi budak, mari sini sekejap. Di sini ada sedikit wang iaitu sekeping duit syiling 50 sen dan sehelai duit kertas RM5. Sila pilih dan pergilah membeli aiskrim menggunakan duit tersebut, “ arah Si Gunting Rambut.
Kanak-kanak tersebut agak sukar hendak membuat pilihan. Akhirnya dia hanya mengambil duit syiling 50 sen. Lalu beredarlah kanak-kanak tersebut daripada kedai itu. Dia kelihatan gembira kerana mendapat wang untuk membeli aiskrim.
“ Tengok. Kan saya sudah kata. Walaupun terdapatnya pilihan antara duit kertas RM5 dan duit syiling 50 sen, kanak-kanak itu tetap memilih duit syiling 50 sen. Alangkah bodohnya kanak -kanak itu. Sudah banyak kali saya lakukan demikian, namun dia tetap memilih duit syiling 50 sen, “ cerita Si Gunting Rambut sambil ketawa.
Si pelanggan kurang senang dengan jawapan yang diterima. Lalu ia mengambil keputusan bertanya kepada si budak tersebut sendiri di luar nanti.
“ Mengapa kamu mengambil duit syiling 50 sen dan tidak mengambil duit kertas RM5. Bukanklah nilainya lagi besar.”
“ Ya, saya tahu itu. Tetapi jika saya mengambil wang tersebut dan bukannya duit syiling 50sen, maka permainan ini akan tamat. Saya tidak akan mendapat aiskrim lagi pada masa akan datang.”
Apa kesimpulan daripada cerita di atas? Kesimpulannya, jangan memandang rendah pada orang lain. Mungkin kita sendiri yang sebenarnya yang sedang diperbodohkan. Salam tahun 2009. Mari berusaha menuju kejayaan. 
Orang yang kita sangka kecil, tak tahu apa-apa sebenarnya mereka juga punya akal yang kekadang kita juga tak terfikir tentang itu. Kalau kita adalah seorang bos, kita jangan memandang rendah orang bawahan kita. Kalau kita seorang yang belajar tinggi, kita juga jangan memandang rendah orang yang tidak belajar tinggi. Siapa tahu, dia lebih tahu tentang sesuatu yang kita belum tentu tahu tentang itu.
