Salam motivasi. Bagaimana puasa hari ini? Masih penat lagi atau sudah biasa? Harap-harap semua makin tidak penat lagi. Alah bisa tegal biasa 
Hari ini saya ingin berkongsi tips cara mengatasi marah dalam Islam. Islam pun ada tips dan teknik motivasinya sendiri. Cuba amalkannya dan lihatlahlah hasilnya.
Cara mengatasi marah.
1. Mengambil wuduk.
“Marah itu datangnya daripada syaitan, dan syaitan itu diciptakan daripada api, sedangkan api itu hanya dipadamkan dengan air. Oleh itu apabila salah seorang di antara kamu marah, maka hendaklah ia berwuduk”
Hadis Riwayat Abu Daud
2. Minum air. Minum banyak air kecuali bulan puasa. Hehe
3. Berfikiran positif dan sentiasa percaya dengan janjiNya.
4. Menarik nafas dan bertenang.Cuba mengambil nafas yang panjang.
5. Cuba untuk senyum. Senyuman dapat meredakan tekanan.
6. Mengubah posisi seperti mana yang disabda Rasulullah SAW.
” Apabila salah seorang di antara kamu marah, dan ketika itu ia dalam berdiri, maka hendaklah ia duduk. Kerana hal itu akan menghilangkan marahnya. Dan kalau tidak, maka hendaklah ia berbaring.”
Riwayat Muslim
Marah adalah anak kunci syaitan untuk membuka pintu kejahatan yang lain. Apabila marah, tertutuplah pintu-pintu akal, dan terbukalah pintu-pintu emosi jahat yang lain seperti dengki, dendam, malas, gelisah dan lain-lain. Oleh itu, tipsnya… JANGAN MARAH..:-)
