Semua orang mengalaminya. Takut atau ‘FEAR’adalah satu perasaan. Secara mudahnya takut boleh didefinisikan sebagai:
- F-False
- E-Expectactions
- A-Appearing
- R-Real
Daripada kosonan di atas, boleh kita simpulkan perasaan takut adalah satu imaginasi. Ianya merupakan imaginasi negatif yang seolah-olah berlaku secara realiti. Contohnya seperti Nabila yang mengalami perasaan takut pada ular. Sebabnya, dia telah membayangkan ular tersebut akan menggigitnya di alam realiti. Beliau telah membayangkan dengan jelas gigitan ular tersebut. Maka secara tidak sedar, dia telah membentuk perasaan takut tersebut.
Perasaan takut mungkin berubah disebabkan masa. Contohnya, ketakutan pada hantu mungkin tidak lagi berlaku apabila seseorang budak meningkat dewasa. (Sebenarnya takut juga..hehe.. 
)
Setiap generasi tidak terkecuali melaluinya. Kita semua mengalami perasaan takut. Cuma mungkin dalam bentuk yang berlainan.
- Ada yang takutkan pada ketinggian.
- Ada yang takut untuk bercakap di khalayak ramai.
- Ada yang takut pada serangga.
- Ada yang takut kekurangan wang.
- Ada yang takut pada isteri.. Hoho..
- Dan lain-lain…
Sejarah telah membuktikkan perasaan ini sentiasa wujud. Contohnya yang berlaku pada Julius Caesar yang takut pada kilat. Walaupun beliau seorang yang mengetuai angkatan tentera yang besar dan merupakan raja Rom yang terkenal, namun beliau masih mengalami perasaan tersebut.
Ketahuilah perasaan takut adalah normal. Daripada zaman dahulu sehingga kini perasaan tersebut telah wujud. Rasa-rasa anda, perkara apa yang menakutkan anda?

For me, takut tu bagus jugak..depends..hehe..klu takut nak present misalnya..ika selalu wat preparation awal2x..isi bagi mantap..repeat bnyak kali..x pun present depan kwan..suruh kawan comment dulu..then should b OK..I think..huhu..juz share my experience..bler well prepared..mesti confidence nyer..fear feeling will decreased unconsciously..
