Kritikan dan komen negatif tidak indah untuk didengar. Selalunya mengikut konteks motivasi, kita perlu mengabaikan apa yang dikatakan. Kerana ianya akan merosakkan motivasi dalaman diri.Ia meruntuhkan semangat kita. Ia membunuh keyakinan diri. Kita manusia biasa. Tidak dapat lari daripada semua ini. Saya pun mengalaminya. Kadang-kala saya menerima komen yang baik mengenai artikel yang ditulis daripada pembaca blog ini. Kadangkala saya juga mendapat komen yang tidak sedap didengar.
Persoalannya, adakah kita sememang harus mengabai keseluruhannya? Perlu diketahui, pendapat datang daripada pelbagai bentuk. Mungkin secara lisan atau secara bahasa tubuh. A meberi kritkan kepada anda. Ataupun melalui bahasa badannya, anda tahu bahawa dia memberi komen negatif pada anda.
Jadi perlukah kita mendengar pendapat A?Adakah pendapat A benar?
“Jika seseorang mengatakan anda kuda, maka mereka adalah gila.
Jika 3 orang mengatakan anda kuda, mungkin itu adalah konspirasi.
Tetapi jika ada 10 orang mengatakan anda adalah kuda,
maka sudah tiba masanya untuk anda mempertimbangkan untuk membeli ladam.”
Jika semua asyik mengatakan benda yang sama. Maka sudah tiba masanya anda memikirkan komen itu semula. Mungkin terdapat kebenaran disebalik kata-kata tersebut. Kita bukan sempurna. Kita melakukan kesilapan. Oleh itu belajarlah menerima pendapat orang lain.
Apa yang penting jangan jadikan pendapat atau komen negatif yang diterima menjatuhkan impian anda. Anda hanya perlu mengubah pendekatan sahaja. Belajarlah untuk mendengar komen atau pendapat orang lain.
