Assalamuaaikum dan salam sejahtera,
Lama rasanya tidak update. Bukan apa, ada peperiksaaan yang perlu dihadapi. Ingat dah kerja takda peperiksaan ke? Hehe..adalah.. 
Tajuk hari ini adalah ‘Cara Membuat Keputusan’.
Manusia mempunyai pelbagai cara dalam membuat keputusan. Kadang-kala sesuatu yang kelihatan munasabah dan jalan yang terbaik bagi seseorang, tidak semestinya dilihat satu keputusan yang bijak oleh orang lain. Keunikan dalam membuat keputusan sememangnya tidak dinafikan. Menurut Myer Brigss, antara orang penting dalam penghasilan ujian MBTI, cara manusia membuat keputusan boleh terbahagi kepada dua kategori. Kod pertama adalah golongan Thinker dan satu lagi adalah golongan Feeler.
Cara memikir oleh golongan Thinker tidak sama dengan golongan Feeler. Cara Thinker berfikir adalah berdasarkan logik dan rasional. Apa yang menjadi matlamat mereka adalah membuat keputusan yang betul. Asalkan sesutau diletakkan pada tempatnya.
Berbeza dengan kod Feeler. Cara mereka membuat keputusan adalah berdasarkan emosi. Jawapan mereka subjektif dan tidak seperti kod Thinker yang begitu objektif. Kod Feeler membuat keputusan berdasarkan keadaan sekeliling dan masyarakat. Mereka sensitif terhadap perasaan orang lain. Mereka begitu mengambil berat apa yang difikirkan oleh orang lain. Mereka meletakkan perasaan orang lain dalam membuat keputusan.
Dalam memberi analogi membuat saya terfikir sebuah siri televisyen yang saya lihat beberapa tahun dahulu, iaitu siri televisyen Smallville. Kisah mengenai Superman ketika dia masih remaja sebelum dia menjadi dewasa.
Ketika itu dia berada di sekolah menengah. Dengan bakat yang ada padanya sebagai pemain penting untuk pasaukan bolasepak,ada pihak uiversiti telah berminat untuk memberi biasiwa supaya dapat belajar di universiti mereka. Namun begitu, dia berasa agak berat untuk pergi meninggalkan ayahnya.
Sehinggalah sampai ke suatu babak yang saya rasa dapat dihadikan contoh jelas cara mereka membuat keputusan.
“Nak, ayah rasa ayah mahu engkau pergi universiti tersebut. Ayah tidak mahu jadi penghalang kepada engkau. Ayah dahulu sungguh kesal kerana tidak dapat pergi. Atuk engkau menghalang ayah daripada pergi. Ayah tidak mahu lagi jadi seperti atuk engkau. Ayah mahu engkau berjaya.”
Keadaan hening..
“Ayah, ini bukanlah mengenai ayah. Tetapi ini mengenai bagaimana anak yang saya ingin jadi. Saya ingin bersama keluarga ini,” terang superman yang masih remaja ketika itu.
2 orang yang membuat keputusan. Seorang membuat keputusan berdasarkan objektif. Ayah angkat superman mahu anak angkatnya mencapai cita-cita dan kejayaan yang diimpikan.
Manakala supeman membuat keputusan berdasarkan subjektif. Ia memikirkan perasaan, keadaan sekeliling dan emosi ketika membuat keputusan. Dia memilih untuk kekal di kampung halamannya. Hal ini kerana itulah yang diinginkannya.
Adakah keputusan superman betul? Atau adakah keputusan ayah angkat superman betul?
Tidak. Setiap orang unik. Semuanya mempunyai cara dan sebab dalam membuat keputusan. Oh indahnya ciptaannya.
