Peraturan? Pasti semua orang mempunyai pelbagai perspektif mengenainya. Ada yang baik dan ada yang tidak. Persoalannya, adakah dengan mempunyai peraturan dalam sesuatu organisasi mampu membuatkan pekerjanya bertambah produktif? Adakah sesuatu pasangan akan lebih bahagia jika mereka meletak peraturan mengenai perkara yang boleh dilakukan dan tidak boleh dilakukan? Adakah dengan meletak peraturan yang pelbagai kepada anak-anak, remaja membuatkan mereka menjadi lebih baik?
Pernah satu program televisyen bertanya kepada pelbagai set keluarga tentang perkara yang dapat membuatkan sesuatu hubungan itu lebih baik dan harmoni. Antara mesej yang dikongsi dan dinyata berulangkali adalah,
“Jangan terlalu mempunyai banyak peraturan.”
Kenapa? Dalam sebuah keluarga atau organisasi, ia melibatkan pelbagai individu yang mempunyai pelbagai personaliti. Menurut hukum purata, jika kita terlalu dibebani dengan pelbagai peraturan, pasti ada yang akan melanggarinya. Kesannya kita akan tinggal dalam stress.
Jadi, jika ingin hidup dengan aman, kurangkan peraturan. Tetapi ini bukan bermakna kita boleh hidup tanpa peraturan. Peraturan amat penting tetapi pilihlah beberapa peraturan yang penting dengan matlamat hidup anda dan kemudiannya hiduplah dengan harmoni.
PS : Adakah ini sebagai alasan membenarkan para lelaki menonton World Cup.. hehe
