Assalamualaikum dan salam semua,
Hari ini perkongsian tips motivasi adalah berkenaan menjadi ketua yang baik. Untuk menjadi ketua yang baik adalah perlu anda belajar untuk melihat daripada perspektif yang lain. Manusia adalah tidak sama antara satu sama lain.Ini membawa maksud, corak pemikirannya juga turut berbeza. Oleh itu, dalam menjadi seorang ketua yang berpengaruh, seseorang itu perlulah belajar dan cuba melihat dari sudut anak buahnya. 
Istilah ketua bukanlah bermaksud hanya di pejabat. Anda boleh sahaja menjadi ketua kepada perkara apa sahaja dan anda sememangnya dilahirkan sebagai ketua atau dalam Islamnya ‘khalifah’. Ayah merupakan ketua kepada keluarga. Isteri merupakan ketua kepada anak-anak apabila suami pergi bekerja atau tiada di rumah. Guru pula merupakan ketua kepada muridnya dan pelbagai lagi contoh. Melihat daripada perspektif mereka, membolehkan keputusan yang dibuat itu mengembirakan kedua-dua pihak.
Saya mengambil sebuah contoh. Contohnya seorang ketua yaang ingin memecat seorang pekerjanya disebabkan faktor kos. Ketua tersebut boleh sahaja melihat daripada sudutnya sahaja lalu memecat pekerja tersebut. Tetapi apakah kesan yang akan berlaku? Sang ketua berjaya menyelesaikan masalahnya, tetapi tidak pada sang pekerja. Dia mungkin tidak dapat menerima alasan sang ketua dan mungkin membencinya seumur hidup. Ketua tersebut hanya menjadi ‘ketua’ hanya kerana dia mempunyai pangkat yang lebih tinggi.
Tetapi berbeza dengan ketua yang melihat daripada sudut pekerjanya. Dia tahu bahawa sang pekerjanya akan berasa sedih jika keadaan tersebut terpaksa dibuat. Walaubagaimanapun dia terpaksa akur dengan kehendak syarikat untuk menjimatkan kos. Lalu dipanggil si pekerja itu dan dibawanya berbincang secara baik. Si ketua itu menghubungi syarikat lain yang mempunyai kekosongan kerja. Disuruhnya pekerja tersebut cuba meminta pekerjaan disitu.
Pekerja itu gembira dan si ketua itu pun gembira. Jasa ketuanya itu pasti tidak akan dilupakannya kerana teringat apa yang dilakukan oleh ketuanya pada ketika tu. Pengaruh si ketua itu akan berkekalan lebih lama walaupun suatu hari nanti bukan si ketua menjadi ketua lagi.
Tuan-tuan dan puan-puan, mengerti analogi yang cuba dikongsikan? Untuk menjadi ketua yang baik seseorang itu perlulah cuba melihat daripada perspektif sang anak buah. Saya pasti sukar dan agak remeh temeh. Tetapi saya percaya habuannya pasti berbaloi.
