Salam. Hari ini kita berbincang tentang cara menyelesaikan sesuatu masalah yang besar. Wah, ada cara rupanya. 
Caranya adalah dengan membahagi tugasan tersebut kepada beberapa kumpulan kecil. Ingat lagi bagaimana kita hendak makan gajah? Caranya adalah dengan melapah dan memotongnya kepada beberapa ketulan kecil. Kemudian baru dimakan.
Begitu juga dengan masalah kita. Ia perlu dipecahkan kepada beberapa bahagian terlebih dahulu. Dengan ini ia akan memudahkan fokus kita. Lebih mudah menyelesaikan sesuatu tugasan yang kecil daripada tugasan besar.
Persoalan baru pula akan timbul. “Hmm, Saiful bagaimana pembahagian ini dilakukan?”
Caranya adalah :
Bahagi ia mengikut kategori.
Bahagikan mengikut kategori. Bukan semua kategori sama. Kadang-kadang sesuatu tugasan memerlukan kemahiran dan cara yang berbeza penyelesaiannya. Dengan mengetahui kemahiran yang diperlukan untuk sesuatu tugasan, ia akan memudahkan lagi cara anda menyelesaikannya.
Bahagi mengikut keutamaan.
Kenalpasti adakah sesuatu tugasan itu penting atau tidak. Dengan ini anda dapat membahagikan masa anda berdasar kepentingannya. Jika kita tidak menyusun mengikut keutamaan, percayalah lama-kelamaan ianya akan tersusun dengan sendirinya. Kesannya kita akan kehilangan kawalan terhadap tugasan tersebut.
Ini akan menyebabkan ‘ianya’ mencuri peluang yang kita ada.
Bahagi mengikut turutan
Kenalpasti bila sesuatu perlu diselesaikan. Ketahuilah dateline sesuatu projek. Cipta jadual anda dan pastikan anda mengikutnya. Jangan beri alasan pada diri anda. Penipuan diri yang paling besar pada diri anda adalah apabila anda memberitahu diri anda bahawa anda akan menyiapkannya nanti.
Ketahui bakat anda
Setiap orang mempunyai bakat masing-masing. Oleh itu manfaatkannya . Menurut Marcus, penulis buku Now Discover Your Strengths, bakat membuatkan anda melakukan sesuatu lebih baik daripada 10000 orang. Oleh itu, kenalpasti abiliti dan bakat seseorang. Lebih mudah untuk anda menyiapkan tugasan yang besar dengan membahagikan tugasan kepada kategori bakat.
