Ketahuilah penggunaan perkataan begitu penting dalam hidup kita.Ramai antara kita kurang sedar mengenai kesannya. Kita selalu menggunakan perkataan-perkataan tertentu tanpa kita sedar kesannya pada sikap kita. Seterusnya perkataan itu memberi impak pada hidup kita.
Perkataan yang berkaitan emosi dan sering digunakan mampu membentuk sikap kita. Penggunaan perkataan amatlah penting. Saya namakan ianya ‘kosa kata emosi’. Pemilihan terhadap penggunaan kosa kata ini amat kritikal. Contohnya apabila kita berada dalam keadaan kurang menyenangkan. Kebiasaannya kita menggunakan perkataan ‘tension’untuk mengambar keadaan ketika itu. Tanpa kita sedar ianya tersimpan dan telah terakam dalam minda. Jadi, apabila perkataan ini disebutkan mungkin secara sengaja atau tidak pada waktu yang lain, minda kita mula mengembalikan kisah lama yang berlaku berkenaan kosa kata tersebut. Kesannya kita mula berasa kurang menyenangkan.
Contoh lain adalah seperti perkataan ‘aiskrim’. Mungkin ianya menjadi kosa kota emosi bagi sesetengah orang.Apabila dia menyebut aiskrim, tiba-tiba perasaannya berubah. Kesedihannya berkurang. Ini disebabkan mindanya tanpa sedar mengembalikan nostalgia kenangan lama. Hehe.. Jiwang pula dah 
Kesimpulannya, berhati-hatilah dalam menyebut sesetengah perkataan yang mampu membangkitkan emosi sedih anda. Pemilihan yang betul mampu membuat anda positiff sepanjang hari.
