Tips hari ini dikongsi oleh pakar motivasi luar negara iaitu Brian Tracy. Beliau merupakan seorang pakar motivator dalam bidang matlamat dan pengurusan masa. Beliau berkongsi tips untuk mengatasi sikap membuang masa serta menjadikan masa anda lebih terurus. Anda hanya perlu mengikut 2 langkah mudah untuk memastikan hidup anda tersusun.
1. Senaraikan1-5 perkara yang perlu anda lakukan untuk hari tersebut.
2. Kenalpasti perkara yang pertama yang mesti anda lakukan. Biasanya perkara ini merupakan perkara yang besar untuk anda. Seterusnya lakukan perkara tersebut.
Menurut Brian, mengenalpasti ‘penghalang’ kita merupakan perkara yang utama. Ianya bagaikan tembok yang perlu dilalui. Kita tidak boleh mengelaknya. Semakin dielak, semakin tinggi tekanan yang dialami. Oleh itu dengan menyelesaikan perkara ini terlebih dahulu, tugasan kita seterusnya akan menjadi lebih mudah. Ia akan mengekalkan momentum kita untuk tugasan seterusnya.
