Hari ini saya akan berkongsi tips pengurusan masa dengan anda. Tips ini agak efektif dan mudah. Secara peribadi, saya ada mengamal beberapa daripadanya. Cubalah. Saya percaya pengurusan masa anda juga akan turut meningkat. 
1. Kenalpasti beberapa aktiviti yang mencuri masa anda. Ini dapat dilakukan dengan mengira masa yang anda peruntukkan untuk membuka email, membaca email, melayari internet, dan berborak telefon, berSMS. Selepas anda tahu berapa lama masa yang digunakan untuk aktiviti ini, saya percaya masa anda untuk aktiviti ini juga akan berkurangan. Tetapi jika anda seorang IM tidak mengapa. Sememangnya internet merupakan salah satu punca pendapatan anda. Kes ini untuk orang yang suka menghabiskan masa mereka di internet saja-saja. ( Perkara ini juga pernah berlaku pada saya. Hampir 2-3 jam masa saya digunakan untuk melayari internet. Bayangkan jika anda dapat menjimatkan 1 jam daripada masa tersebut. Banyak dapat dilakukan. 
)
2. Mula meletakkan beberapa matlamat harian. Walaupun matlamat kecil, letakkannya juga. Contohnya memperuntukkan masa yang singkat sahaja untuk membaca email. Membasuh baju. Memasak air.
3. Mula merancang jadual pengurusan masa anda. Mula membuat jadual pengurusan anda. Dengan demikian anda akan tahu ke mana masa itu diperuntukkan. Mula melakukan dengan membuat jadual ringkas dan diletakkan di tempat yang mudah dilihat. Contohnya seperti atas meja makan, depan peti sejuk.
4. Kenalpasti alat pengurusan masa yang berkesan pada anda. Mungkin komputer, PDA, ataupun diari anda. Setiap orang mempunyai selera yang berbezga. Mungkin Pda sesuai dengan anda. Tetapi bagi saya, saya lebih suka menulis dalam diari, tentan aktiviti yang akan dilakukan. Agak tradisional sikit tetapi fleksibel.
Ada buku baru dari Fadzli Yusof mengenai pengurusan masa. Tajuknya “Sibuk atau penyibuk”, membincangkan mengenai pengurusan masa dgn baik.
Apapun, tips ini mmg berguna. Thanx Dr. Inspirasi. Saya mmg ada juga, tulis matlamat harian. Tapi susah nak istiqamah…hmmm… Tu yg jadi masalah sbnrnya..huhu..
