Fokus pada Genius Diri
Saya percaya bahawa setiap orang mempunyai tahap ‘kegeniusan’ dalam sesuatu perkara. Tidak kira dalam bidang apa pun, saya percaya sekurang-kurangnya kita mahir dalam melakukan sesuatu. Hal-hal yang melibatkan perkara tersebut bagaikan enteng sahaja bagi kita kerana kita sememangnya handal dalam hal itu.
Kadang-kala kita mungkin melakukan sesuatu dan sangat sukar untuk memberi peluang kepada orang lain untuk melakukannya. Sebabnya kita merasakan perkara yang dibuat itu senang dan yang lebih penting menyeronokkan.Lebih-lebih lagi kita berjaya menghasilkan wang daripada aktiviti yang kita gemari itu.
Perkara yang sama dirasai oleh orang yang berjaya. Dek kerana seronok, sebab itulah mereka memberi tumpuan kepada hal tersebut dan mengabai perkara lain. Mereka hanya memberi tumpuan kepada ‘genius’ diri yang ada kerana ianya nampak senang sahaja dan menyeronokkan bagi mereka, seterusnya membahagikan perkara lain kepada ahli lain dalam pasukan.
Berbeza dengan orang lain yang biasa, kegagalan untuk memberi tumpuan kepada genius yang ada menyebabkan proses kejayaan itu lambat berlaku. Ini kerana kurangnya kepakaran dalam bidang tersebut dan lebih malang lagi, tiada keseronokkan yang terhasil daripada aktiviti tersebut.
Untuk berjaya, kita harus memberi tumpuan pada genius diri yang ada, seterunya mengagihkan perkara yang tidak disukai. Dengan membuat demikian, barulah kita akan lebih seronok melakukannya.
Persoalannya, ramai tidak melakukan hal tersebut terutamanya dalam mengagihkan kerja yang tdak disukai. Kenapa ? Jawapnnya mudah. Ini kerana mereka takut untuk melakukannya. Takut untuk hilang pengawalan tersebut jika diberikan kepada orang lain. Selain itu mungkin mereka juga takut mengeluar sejumlah wang dalam mendapatkan khidmat orang lain. Jauh dalam diri, mereka tidak mahu melepaskannya. Tambahan mereka percaya bahawa mereka juga dapat melakukan tugasan tersebut malah ianya lebih murah dan menjimatkan. Tetapi betulkah ia?
Kesimpulan mudah:
1.Fokuslah kepada ‘genius’ diri kita.
2. Agihkan tugas yang tidak disukai kepada orang lain.
