Salam sejahtera. Seperti yang dijanjikan saya akan menghuraikan apa itu hukum kesan dan akibat. Terima kasih untuk beberapa email yang saya terima yang begitu teruja untuk mengetahuinya. Masa untuk bercerita 
Hukum kesan dan akibat merupakan hukum yang paling asas dalam hukum alam. Ia menyatakan setiap yang berlaku atau akibat yang diterima, pasti disebabkan sesuatu tindakan. Ia menerangkan setiap yang berlaku pasti mempunyai sebab. Jika anda pergi mendalam lagi daripada sudut sains, seperti mana anda pelajari dalam fizik, setiap daya yang diterima pasti sama dengan daya yang dikenakan.
Kita memikirkan pelbagai pemikiran setiap hari. Ini seterusnya akan menyebabkan kesan pada kehidupan seharian sama ada sedar atau tidak. Hukum ini merupakan hukum minda yang pertama. Anda hari ini adalah kesan pemikiran anda pada masa lepas.
Jika anda ingin mengubah anda yang ada pada hari ini, anda mesti mengubah ‘tindakan’ terhadap pemikiran anda terlebih dahulu. Anda yang memberitahu minda anda arah dan laluan yang perlu dilalui tanpa anda sedar atau tidak. Jadi jika anda ingin mengubah hidup yang lebih baik untuk tahun 2009, maka mulalah mengubah pemikiran anda.
