Membina Tabiat Baik
Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera,
Berdasarkan tajuk di atas, itulah tips yang ingin dikongsi pada hari ini. Bagaimana ingin mengubah tabiat buruk dan seterusnya membina tabiat yang baik.Secara umumnya, terdapat dua langkah yang perlu diambil untuk mengubah tabiat kita. Langkah pertama, kita perlu mengetahui apakah tabiat buruk yang ingin diubah.Oleh tu, adalah perlu terlebih dahulu kita menyenarai tabiat yang buruk yang ada dalam diri.
Kita juga boleh meminta bantuan orang lain untuk melihat secara objektif tabiat yang menghalang daripada mencapai kejayaan. Di sini saya senaraikan antara tabiat buruk yang biasanya ada:
- Suka melengah-lengah masa
- Membayar bil pada saat akhir
- Tidak menghantar dokumen yang diminta pada saat yang tepat
- Sering terlambat dari tarikh akhir
- Terlupa nama seseorang dalam masa beberapa saat sahaja diperkenalkan.(perkara ini sering terjadi kepada saya
) - Suka member komen daripada suka mendengar
- Dan lain-lain.Saya pasti tabiat buruk ini banyak sebenarnya. Kalau hendak disenaraikan sudah tentu tidak habis artikel ini
Setelah kita telah mengenal pasti tabiat buruk ini, tibanya pada masa untuk langkah kedua. Kita haruslah memilih tabiat baik yang ingin dibina kemudiannya membangunkan sistem untuk menyokongnya. Contohnya, andaikan dalam kes ini tabiat baik yang ingin dibina oleh kita adalah senaman di pagi hari, salah satu sistem yang dapat dibina adalah dengan menggerakan diri kita untuk tidur lebih awal supaya kita dapat bangun lebih awal pada keesokkan harinya.
Ataupun jika kita dalam bidang jualan, kita mungkin dapat membangunkan sistem senarai pendek tentang aktiviti yang perlu dialakukan supaya setiap prospek mendapat sumber komunikasi .
Pokoknya,(bahasa Indonesia sedikit hari ini 
) apa yang penting adalah membinga sistem disebalik tabiat baik yang ingin dibina. Aktiviti apakah yang dapat dibuat supaya tabiat baik ini berjalan? Bagaimana untuk kekal bermotivasi? Bagaimana untuk buat sedemikian? Berpanduakan soalan di atas, saya pasti kita mampu membina sistem yang baik untuk membina tabiat baik.
