Sebelum saya pergi lebih jauh, saya ingin memberi amaran ini bukan hukum mengenai saiz badan seorang wanita. Jika anda ingin tips mengenainya, bermakna anda sedang membaca artikel yang silap. 
Hari ini tips ingin berkongsi mengenai hukum 18/40/60. Ianya merupakan hukum yang digelar oleh Dr Daniel Amen. Hukum ini berkaitan dengan apa yang difikirkan oleh orang lain mengenai kita.
Pada umur 18 tahun, kita terlalu bimbang apa yang difikirkan oleh orang lain terhadap kita. Kita bimbang adakah mereka mengkritik tindakan kita, adakah mereka mengkritik cara pemakaian kita dan lain-lain.
Pada umur 40 tahun, kita mula tidak mengendahkan apa yang difikirkan oleh orang lain terhadap kita. Sebab itulah ramai yang mula berjaya apabila mereka meningkat pada umur 40 tahun. Tetapi apabila difikirkan semula, adakah itu tidak terlalu tua?
Pada umur 60 tahun barulah kita sedar, sebenarnya tiada sesiapa pun yang memikirkan tentang kita.
Terkejut bukan. Selama ini kita selalu risau tentang pandangan orang lain terhadap diri kita. Kita menjadi takut untuk mencuba. Kita bimbang kita dipandang serong oleh orang lain. Sebenarnya tiada siapa yag memikirkan kita sepanjang masa. Apa yang mereka risaukan dan fikirkan adalah tentang diri mereka.
Jadi cuba fikirkan sebentar mengapa memeningkan kepala memikirkan apa yang difikirkan oleh orang lain terhadap idea, pakaian, matlamat anda? Semua itu hanya melengahkan kejayaan anda. Adakah anda ingin berjaya apabila hanya berumur 40 tahun ke atas. Oh..tidak!
Masa untuk tidak mempedulikan pandangan orang lain.
hipokritkah jika terlalu menjaga hati orang lain dan ingin memuaskan hati setiap orang????
yup. benar. tiada siapa memikirkan tentang kita..
perkara di atas membicangkan tenntang kritikan dan pandangan yang difikrkan oleh orang lain terhadap kita. Sebabnya salah satu faktor menghalang kita untuk ters berjaya adalah disebabkan kita terlalu memikirkan pandangan mereka.
