Saya sukakan quote motivasi ini. Ini adalah antara quote dan yang terawal saya dengar. Biasalah masa tu kecil lagi. Biasa dengar quote best-best bila pergi ke kem motivasi. Inilah quote yang saya ingat sampai sekarang dan menjadi salah satu motivasi diri saya. 
Memang betul. Tiada manusia yang perfect. Setiap orang ada kelemahan diri masing-masing. Ada yang buta, ada yang cacat, ada yang kurang mendengar dan ada yang mengambil masa untuk memahami sesuatu ilmu. Semua mempunyai masalah masing-masing. Sebab itu manusia memerlukan antara satu sama lain.
Tetapi membezakan antara seseorang yang berjaya dengan yang lain adalah usaha mereka. Insan biasa berusaha secara biasa. Tetapi insan yang berjaya berusaha secara luar biasa. Kejayaan dicipta oleh insan biasa yang berusaha lebih daripada insan yang lain. Inilah yang memberikan mereka kejayaan, iaitu melakukan sesuatu secara luar biasa.
Albert Estein bukanlah seorang yang pandai semasa kecil. Malah gurunya pernah berkata beliau tidak mempunyai harapan dalam hidup ini. Tetapi beliau tidak mengambil kisah semua itu. Beliau berusaha dengan lebih kuat lagi dalam bidang matematik dan fizik. Hasilnya beliau menemui rumus tenaga dan pelbagai kejayaan sains yang mengagumkan.
Begitu juga dengan Thomas Edison. Beliau telah mengalami banyak kegagalan. Namun begitu, adakah beliau berputus asa? Tidak! Setiap kegagalan membuat dia terus bekerja dengan lebih kuat. Beliau merupakan contoh terbaik quote ini…
